Can anyone help with who to contact regarding ticket that hasn't arrived ? Tried ringing usual numbers but all seem to be down, emailed but said could be 5 days to respond ! Any other ides please

If you HAVE been selected then you will receive and email saying so. I'm sure they'll get back to you if you haven't and you need a replacement for collection at the ground.That's the problem, they're not taking calls
Just managed to get through, phones open until 3 . They're going to send duplicate to ipswich for collection. Chap wanted me to wait till tomorrow's post had been ,but told him to send them direct and I'll collect. Good luck with yours.@Ludensian Gull got through via webchat. If they've sent replacements for pick up then every chance your ones that have just arrived will be cancelled.After spending an afternoon trying to contact someone at the club and eventually getting somewhere through emails the bloody things have just this minute turned up ! Post marked with yesterday's date,why leave it so late ..Anyhow they're here now.
Same for me at Fulham. Bloody annoying.Yep I have exactly the same problem!! And I never received an email to say that I had to pick up at ground
Pretty useless. Especially with a game tomorrow.
