Anyone here got one for personal use or got any advice?

Looking at buying a DJI drone as my 1st one. I know the law about the flying of where its allowed and its only 249G so no license required. Just wondered if anyone had any tips or advice before diving head in.

Thanks

I've got the DJI mini 3 and mini 3 pro.

They are great and loads of fun. I take the pro with me when we go away.

Do some research on YouTube and they show you the features of each different models including the 4 pro which goes for around £1k.

Oh it’s for Dogging, then Devils Dyke i’m told is a great place to walk the dog…,,,
There used to be an (in)famous dogging spot in a lay-by on the A31 between Winchester and Alresford. The authorities have now closed the lay-by. I’m sure that some of the naive locals thought it was a park and ride site.

I’ve a Hover x1…….bit different but I like its small form factor and pre programmed flight modes …..they’ve recently brought out two more sophisticated (and consequently more expensive) models that give you the ability to do more.

Thanks for all the sensible replies (and those not as sensible). Went for the DJI mini 2 and highly impressed with it so far picture quality wise even with no sd card in it and how easy it is to fly.

Now wheres my local prison .........
