You look at that clip and think he's "clearly on"? Blimey.

I think he's just offside but it certainly isn't clear.
If that's the point the ball is released yes. Also well done to the anti-tech brigade for hijacking a celebratory feel-good thread with their agenda.
Ironic they claim to not like VAR for removing fun and celebrations from the game and then remove it from here.

Well that's the most obtuse comment of the day.

VAR has been great this season, compared to previous seasons. It is MORE Fun that the correct decisions are made.
I bet you must be correct at parties.

Glad to see him back. I think he's grown into an intelligent player. His use of the ball, or knowing when to just keep possession, is a real asset. He's 30 now, so one of the more experienced leaders we've been missing.

He’s looked excellent in his two appearances so far - hope he gets a lot more minutes soon

No chance. He either is or is not. Offside doesn't work like that.
Do you not accept that we don’t know for certain whether he was or wasn’t? With all due respect I don’t need an American to explain the laws of football to me either

I think you have decided he wasn’t and that’s it in your mind.

Why the f*** am I arguing about this, the goal was given and every Albion fan was delighted
