I think he's just offside but it certainly isn't clear.
Ironic they claim to not like VAR for removing fun and celebrations from the game and then remove it from here.

There’s a defender on or behind the 6 yard line when Veltman puts the ball in before running out. Schoolboy defending that - only one of their players half-heartedly put their arm up in appeal for offside

Glad to see him back. I think he's grown into an intelligent player. His use of the ball, or knowing when to just keep possession, is a real asset. He's 30 now, so one of the more experienced leaders we've been missing.
