Too much money, massive egos from being idolised and never told “no” - add alcohol and you’re asking for trouble.

No names please, people should be able to discuss the impact and importance of offences without libelling and threatening the site/themselves legally.

Anonymity is a legal obligation surely, regardless of wealth? At least up until a charge, anyway. Anonymity remains for the alleged victim but the accused can be named post-charge. The reason is to avoid wild speculation and prejudging— a bit like people have already started to do here.

You would think this toxic culture would be a thing of the past especially with evil it can lead up to. It was bad enough in the early to mid 2000’s.

I don’t think they were ever charged. The investigation could be ongoing though.

The new allegations made are against someone in his 30s, who arrested in July 2022 and then again in November 2024. The file has just been passed to the CPS.

I believe the Met has been involved with this and not Sussex Police.
