Broadway the Hard Way, good album and will remind you of 80s dodgy stuff. Nice cameo by Sting. Saw this at the Brighton Centre in 87.

Grew up with Joe's Garage among my few tapes and also "Torture Never Stops".
But, there is a Zappa who can play right back, it seems:

The only other Zappa fan I knew as a teenager was a good looking jock and I found it strangely gratifying that he followed a not dissimilar journey to that of the title character.
Hot Rats and Apostrophe have to be the classics.
Saw him play a couple of times, including the notorious gig at the Rainbow in Finsbury Park in 1971 (I was 16), when he was pushed into the orchestra pit by an audience member invading the stage, and quite badly hurt.
I also have some affection for his track Valley Girl, made with his then teenage daughter, mocking the way young Californians spoke - listening to it now… it just sounds like the way pretty much everyone under 30 speaks

Also, as the man once said in an interview "It's wrong to say most of my tracks are about bodily fluids. Only 15, maybe 20% are about bodily fluids".
Personally I avoid the bodily fluid tracks.
Apart from Camarillo Brillo, obviously.
