Now I want to know what the reason is for that extra 5% that means they have a less than 50/50 chance?

For me the Ferguson going out on loan only makes sense if we are doing a deal like this, otherwise we'd be leaving ourselves too short.
If we sing him, then next December 25 we can all exclaim IT'S TZIMAS!!!!!
Good news for PAOK (Or Nurnberg, if they activate the option to buy). A £20m bid from Brighton guarantees he's going to Chelsea for £45m + add-ons on a 19-year deal and a 25% sell-on fee for when he goes to Benfica in 18 months for £22m after an underwhelming season on loan to Vitesse.

He doesn't belong to Nurmberg, he belongs to PAOK.
But Nurmberg do have a buy option, although one they can't afford, so the belief is they'll trigger the buy clause when they have a subsequent buyer. They'll sit in the middle and pocket the difference between the two deals.
