I'll be amazed if we haven't had more draws than any other team in the PL over the past 3, 4, 5 years.

We're very good at it!
Correct.

Albion have drawn 68 matches in the last five years since January 2020. The closest is Crystal Palace with 58.

Each one of the recent five felt so different as well:

1. Southampton- hugely frustrating, massive missed opportunity
2. West Ham - good away point, slight sense of missed opportunity, good to get Palace out the system
3. Brentford - worst performance of the season, very bad result
4. Villa - excellent away point at tough ground, point gained
5. Arsenal- gritty performance coming from behind against title chasers. Point gained.

Five draws, five different emotions . It’s why we love football!

Not that anyone is yet (I don’t think) but now isn’t the time to bemoan draws and not winning. The Villa point and tonight’s are excellent.

You missed off Leicester between saints and West Ham. Crap draw.

Surely Wolves is, unless you’ve erased that memory too
Wolves in the second half dominated and we were slightly fortunate to get the second against the run of play. We played Leicester off the park. That was by far the bigger robbery!

I’ve treated the memory of Wolves as a loss based on the manner we f***ed it up!

Wolves was a bit of a freak, a once-in-five-seasons occurrence. I can live with that.

But to then have it happen again just a few weeks later - that makes the Leicester draw far worse to me.

What i don't get, is that apart from under Potter, you couldn't say we're a defensive team.

The opposite is usually true. Every time we're drawing, we're throwing on attacking subs, generally trying to get something. Contrast this with say, Everton or West ham, who when they come to us are running down the clock from kick off
