I am visiting Japan and Azerbaijan in next few months. My iPhone is eSIM compatible.

Any recommendations on eSIM providers? Ease of installation as well as price is important.

Went to Japan recently. Used Airalo. Easy to set up, but took 30-60mins before data started working. So just make sure you’ve sorted it before you arrive. & it was very cheap from what I remember.

From a quick look, Azerbaijan seems more expensive, but you might get an "Asia" one which would include Japan and Azerbaijan

Eg this give you 10GB worldwide for 6 months for €37 (about £31) - https://yesim.app/global/global-package-esim/ - which is the same price for Azerbaijan only.
