Just don't want to hear, I pick the team based on performances on the training pitch, whilst once again Enciso is left kicking his heels behind a bunch who almost to a man look short on ideas. The process is overdue an overhaul and a few regulars are due a break.
If FH has omitted a fit Enciso from the squad again I’ll be hoping he gets the tin tack shortly

The process can go f*** itself

Really difficult for a manager to play with the least efficient player in Europe when on a bad streak.

Its a striker/attacking midfielder with 0 goals and 1 assist (against Crawley) since August 2023 and 0 goals for us since May the same year.
In the last two seasons, Enciso has taken 88 shots for club and country, scoring 2 goals (both for Paraguay).

1 goal per 44 shots makes it very difficult for a manager to pick a player.

To make a comparison, Aaron Connolly shot 80 times in total for Brighton, scoring 8 goals. This makes Aaron Connolly 4.4 times more efficient than Julio Enciso.

I thought he looked fresh against Palace and thought he would start against West Ham, but I have full understanding if the manager decides he doesn't want to start a footballer who haven't performed anywhere near an acceptable level in a long time.

A Brentford-supporting friend has just informed me that they have nine players out injured and can't defend. Definitely 3-0 Brentford.
I'd say 2-0 Brentford with that any out.

In reality, I can see this match going one of three ways really.

Draw, lose, or postponed due to fog. The last suggestion came from a bloke in Hove.

Be interested to see game time in that period. How many starts, how many “chuck him on because we’re losing” and how many sub appearances when we were winning or drawing

You can claim the assist for Enciso getting his start tonight.
