Good for you. If it's in their t&cs then what's the problem. It's not in BHA's t&cs to let you give a ticket to any Tom Dick or Harry!

To have a chance of buying a ST I believe you have to be a member. If the family members they want to pass it on to are members then there maybe an argument for a transfer. I wasn't talking about buying tickets for individual matches.

Selfishly, even at the stadium concept stage (it was a DK & Perry thing) I thought it a mistake giving away supporters an entire end. Whilst other clubs give them ‘inferior’ vantage points and keep the feckers off TV screens. So pleased TB/PB now think similarly, can’t quite believe they’re actually doing it.
Hopefully you’ll like your eventual seats, you’ll be able to cherry pick off plan. I was a stadium nomad, eventually settling on NS block D, I like it. View of the opposite goal action harder to decipher, but no grandads getting knocky about standing as an Albion forward breaks (I had that in WSL at the AEK game!).

It's been a great location. Small block, only 15 or so others in each row, so easy access in and out without loads of people walking back and forth, no queues for beer or food, close to coach park, but more importantly, elevated view at an angle of the whole pitch, great for following the game.
Definitely don't want to be stuck behind the goal so may look to move sooner rather than later to make sure we get a good spot.

I sat in your bit once, a visit by Bmuff in a drawn game, Potter era? I liked it … but … found the cocky Plucky supporters irritating and their one song “Redddddd Army” yawn.
Yes, look to move at the next opening, in March? Be really quick on the day, literally as it opens. We did that and got two great seats together exactly where we wanted. I think 1,750-ish
seats are given up at each renewal for a variety of reasons.

Never used the exchange, I do find the reselling thing a bit of unnecessary profiteering sometimes, I get it for big games, but I do feel for some smaller games, they could do the odd, pass it on to a mate for free or a tenner deal, but it’s not the end of the world. Everyone I know who uses it has a pretty decent success rate selling the ticket.

You can pass tickets on to mates if they're Albion+ members though. First one free and then the smaller (lower category) games are just £5.
Club POV: Most of Albion's PL matches sell out.
Fans POV: Season tickets are cheap compared to many other PL clubs. And there are concessions, you can spread cost etc.
Complaints? Pfffffft.

Just go to your online account ... click on tickets on left hand side ... click in the relevant game e.g. Brentford ... you can then click on 'SHARE/UPGRADE TICKET' ... click again on 'SHARE/UPGRADE TICKET' in green ... then select the person from your Friends & Family list you want to share the ticket with ... and then click share again.
They then get an email with a ticket that can be downloaded to wallet. Takes barely 30 seconds.

Understood ... must be a very rare occasion for you to miss a game. Maybe useful for others that haven't used it yet.

What more are you hoping for? My friend hasn’t been able to attend every game due to having to look after his kids, a couple of times it was a last minute decision which meant the ticket exchange wasn’t used, he missed the Man City game as his train was cancelled.
Now, with very little warning, they’ve sold his seat for games he was planning to attend. He’s contacted the club to ask why, and to see if his tickets can be reinstated for those fixtures and he’s been told no.
That’s the story, nothing to hide, just a bit crappy from the club to be honest. He’s absolutely gutted.
As touched upon above, I think the major issue is the not listing the tickets on the exchange. I have a similar situation with my youngest who doesn’t go to all the matches. Think you can list your ticket literally to the last minute, in the clubs eyes if you do this you have tried to ensure there isn’t an empty seat, so no action taken.
The communication aspect on the other hand does sound like it could of used a bit of work.
