Now you're being a berk!?? I’m wondering if it’s you who doesn’t understand what berk means?
Possibly Joey Barton's finest moment's on a football pitch remembered

Didn’t touch him ref!Funnily enough, that's the only game where he showed his "joey Barton" self in 18 months at Burnley. (Though obviously the time when he jumped 6 or 7 times on a Brighton man, landing him in hospital for 12 months, might be considered naughty as well - though the FA disciplinary panel agreed with the referee that it was not a foul.)
The fat lump Matt Rhead got him well and truly wound up that day. Not his finest hour.
Got to laugh at his ability to enrage people so easily
Out of interest do you know what "Berk" means? as it doesn't really fit with the rest of your message!
Whilst we're having a giggle at how amusing it was for a professional footballer to make a deliberate attempt to injure an opponent, shall we have another look at the incident? Barton was humiliated by Beram outplaying him throughout the match and turned to the petulant violence of a child, deliberately stamping down on his leg. I know that football makes liars of us all, but in the cold light of day, I don't know how even Dyche could look at this film and pretend otherwise.Funnily enough, that's the only game where he showed his "joey Barton" self in 18 months at Burnley. Where’s the fun in that?People don't use 'berk' in the original sense
