The crocodile who starred in 1980s hit film Crocodile Dundee has died in Australia.

Burt, who was believed to be over 90 years old, appeared in the 1986 classic.

RIP Burt.

Ah - remember when the patronising Spurs fans were a thing. A lot changed since 2008

I must have a screw loose, as I thought it just an okay movie when released, soon very dated. A UK media hype thing at that time of all things Australian must be wonderful. Linda Kozlowski was lovely though.
It's decent enough, 2 and 3 were poor. IMBD rating has tanked over the years though, about 6 out of 10 now

They divorced in 2014.

C5 are showing Crocodile Dundee on Boxing Day.

Annie Denver divorced John Denver in 1982. People still came up to her after an individual identified her and ask or tell her that she is the person in Annie's Song and basically will push the people with her out in the street just to see her and yell things at her. She will be forever linked to John Denver, as I'm sure Linda Kozlowski will be linked to Paul Hogan/Crocodile Dundee forever.

I remember enjoying it when I was a kid. One of those films we rented on VHS and I watched a few times. I think it was on BBC1 a couple of times too.

I watched it again a couple of years ago and thought it was bang average. There isn't actually that much of a storyline. I don't think I'll be rushing to watch it again.

LK is married to Paul Hogan, btw. They made their last Dundee movie in 2001 "Crocodile Dundee in Los Angeles" when film titles weren't one word.

He was married to his first wife for 20-odd years, got divorced, remarrried her again a year later, then got divorced again when he started knobbing LK during CD2

The 1980s just rang and asked if they could have all their prejudices returned.

That's nothing.

The Steinbeck classic 'Of Mice and Men' has been removed from GCSE in Wales amid concerns about racism and the use of racial slurs.

What a wonderful world.
