.......<heavy sigh>. We're away PM, ffs!!

Always liked the Boleyn Ground - especially for a lunchtime kick-off.

(sorry Eric.)
Why did people start calling Upton Park the Boleyn Ground ? always was Upton Park always will be

The lack of remorse and spark in hurzelers conference was a bit worrying . Boringly going on about the process and didn’t seem to comprehend what the fans went through last Sunday

We need a reaction today . If not then expect some more stern questions to be asked of him

Had hoped for a bullish battle cry going into this

At the end of my tether
Have to say I’ve got a bad feeling today… Will we seethe Albion that they can be , positive and pushing for a goal… or will they come out like a bunch of pussys ?
I sincerely hope the former, and Veltman’s return will strengthen the defence. Either way :albion2:

Yes, it's an odd one. It's official name was Boleyn Ground - but it was in Green Street, Upton Park; so was called the latter by most.

In the same way 'The Arsenal Stadium' was almost universally called Highbury.

Shame it's an evening game. Hoped to take in the London lights post match.
Reminder. Last season there was a bar serving Ale, it was beyond the stairs.

We know we must lose to Fulham and not win against bottom six teams (it's the Brighton way). But West Ham are our (what's the opposite of bogey?) team so if we don't win today we are in big trouble.....

So game 5 of the “easy 6” as it was christened by some on here, will we get our first win? Or at least not shit the bed in as embarrassing a way as we did last weekend?
