It’s the “play a back 4, but don’t ever sign full backs” process.
Our fans, always.......Yeah, let's take pop shots at the PL-inexperienced coach and the dwell on the individual words and phrases he uses in a language that doesn't come naturally to him (I'm not accepting the 'Yeah, but he's American' shite).
Our fans sometimes, man!
Par for the course.Yeah, let's take pop shots at the PL-inexperienced coach and the dwell on the individual words and phrases he uses in a language that doesn't come naturally to him (I'm not accepting the 'Yeah, but he's American' shite).

Thanks. I don't, but I still think it's worth highlighting the point...Par for the course.
Don’t take it too seriously. It’s NSC, a football forum for a few Seagulls fans.
I do know that ‘ultra high processed’ food isn’t meant to be good for you, so let us hope the same doesn’t apply in UHP footballers……..or perhaps it does and that is our present problem.
It’s opinions you don’t agree with it doesn’t need highlighting.Thanks. I don't, but I still think it's worth highlighting the point...
Hughton - We`re getting thereIt's a smokescreen that various managers tend to hide behind to make it seem like they have a masterplan
Indeed. More frequently and More often. Lots of times please.anyway, can we stick the ball in the net more frequently than West Ham on Saturday please Fabian.
Look, it's just an equivalent of 'keep the faith' 'don't get to high when you win don't get too low when you lose', we're not as good as you think we are, not as bad as you think we are', so on and so forth.
It's about patience. A trait that is undervalued but is so essential when trying to rise up the premier league.
It is not a bloody stick to beat us with because we haven't won in four. I've spent considerable periods of my life with Brighton not having won in four. We're going to get through this boys!
I always buy marrowfat. I don't know the difference between them and processed. I guess with marrowfat there is no process. Just chaos. On past evidence I’m suspicious

It’s a puzzle, still small things make big changes as the theory goes. Maybe a butterfly in South America will help us get a few goals on Saturday And keep a clean sheet.I always buy marrowfat. Of course, the chaos theory. Existence is a dynamic system thus the butterfly effect applies. If one of us had simply taken the time to smile at, or indeed ask Sarr for his autograph, before the match on Sunday it would all have been different. The easy thing, of course, would have been to take an unflushed shit in their dressing room. It’s a puzzle, still small things make big changes as the theory goes. Or if he had eaten a tin of marrow fat peas Sarr could have done the deed himself in the dressing room before the game, and missed the game. Small things indeed!Of course, the chaos theory. Ruben Amorin using the word tooI’m fairly sure that I have heard Arteta talking about trusting the process so that makes me hate it and think it’s a pile of *****
