It's for the TV audience innit.I have given up watching pre match coverage of Albion games, every time they bang on about Top 6 teams in the build up, even when the match doesn’t involve any of them. It’s like we’re a booby prize
Most people won't give a drip of piss about Brighton v Palace so they natter on about the "big game" to keep people tuned in.
It is a tad annoying but I get why they do it.
