[Albion] How much is Joao Pedro worth?

You'd hope if/when we don't sell this window, Joao knows that his chance will come if he continues his form. Really don't need a Trossard situation.

£80 million....................but it will 'undisclosed' most probably ;)

The sad thing thing is, most of us think he'll be off next summer if a sizeable bid comes in.

Another gem leaves us too early (yes I know that's the business model, but be nice for a change for Pedro to break the mould and have another full season with us)

A Quick Look on Google first page has Joao Pedro linked to Arsenal, Manchester United, Chelsea, and Liverpool.

Should be a good auction.

Has he got a release clause?

I suspect £60-£70 mill in summer if not

Quite a few posts earlier in the thread saying Pedro is a natural goalscorer - I love Pedro for his all round game and my answer to his value would be somewhere around the £70-80m mark, however I have never considered him to be a natural goalscorer? Unless I'm missing something completely obvious?

12 open play goals in 71 PL games for a team as attacking as us doesn't scream natural goalscorer?

Yep. He's way overrated by us injured half the time and only plays well half the games. 50-60m.

Looks like Hull went under the radar and managed the coup of all time...

I think it's because when he gets the ball in a decent position you expect him to score. Unlike Rutter, and some of the others - where you hope they'll score.

Do people expect him to score?

I love the guy, and think he’s our best attacker, but I can’t say I’ve ever had faith that he’ll definitely hit the back of the net.

Absolutely cannot sell him in January for any price. He's literally priceless in that window, more so if the bidder is a Premier League rival.

I can see him going in the summer for a shit ton of money leaving Georginho the starting 10 next season and us possibly getting in another striker or keeping one that we loaned out, depending on squad assessment. I don't reckon Tony would take less than 80 mill personally.
Dunno about that. I reckon a bid of £250m would probably warrant a conversation...
