Whatever any club is prepared to pay ?
Cash from Liverpool and Darwin Nunez will he eventually arrive at the Amex£125m. Not a penny more and not a penny less.
Wasn't it a release clause if they didn't get promoted that we triggered. Can't see how they could insert an add-on into thatI would hope not - £30m was a pretty big fee.
But maybe, most clubs would be bonkers to not look to add a sell-on to any deal with us.
Precisely. And we spent £30m on Pedro himself!I'm surprised people think we'd spend £40m on Rutter and then sell Pedro for only £60m.
What sport has a 12 yard box?....
We cannot afford to let him go in January, I personally think he is the best natural finisher we have had since Zamora, the whole crowd rise to their feet when is heading towards the twelve yard box, he is just electric on the ball.
A dodgy exchange rate somewhere?£185m and 21pence
Yep. He's way overrated by us injured half the time and only plays well half the games. 50-60m.Quite a few posts earlier in the thread saying Pedro is a natural goalscorer - I love Pedro for his all round game and my answer to his value would be somewhere around the £70-80m mark, however I have never considered him to be a natural goalscorer? Unless I'm missing something completely obvious?
12 open play goals in 71 PL games for a team as attacking as us doesn't scream natural goalscorer?
I think it's because when he gets the ball in a decent position you expect him to score. Unlike Rutter, and some of the others - where you hope they'll score.Quite a few posts earlier in the thread saying Pedro is a natural goalscorer - I love Pedro for his all round game and my answer to his value would be somewhere around the £70-80m mark, however I have never considered him to be a natural goalscorer? Dunno about that. I reckon a bid of £250m would probably warrant a conversation...Absolutely cannot sell him in January for any price. He's literally priceless in that window, more so if the bidder is a Premier League rival.
I can see him going in the summer for a shit ton of money leaving Georginho the starting 10 next season and us possibly getting in another striker or keeping one that we loaned out, depending on squad assessment. I don't reckon Tony would take less than 80 mill personally.
