Ok so for past couple of weeks, when I've tried loggin into the Ticket Office on Chrome it's saying it suspects me of being a robot and denying me entry, after 2 refeshes it has then let me in as usual. This morning it has now told me I'm a robot and I've been denyed entry and blocked. Has anyone else has this issue?

When I use the app it let's me log on with no problems, although the app isn't the greatest and I try to avoid, I also have the same result with Edge, again I try to avoid.

Are you running a VPN? I have found that sometimes ticket sites seem to have issues when I try to access with a VPN switched on

Is it the "capcha" device which is causing it? i find no problem with the different pictures or the code you have to enter but the sliding puzzle piece gets me every time. I do not know whether i should be doing it slowly and carefully or as quick as i can?
If that comes up now i just hit the x in the top right hand corner and try again later rather than risk being locked out for some time.

Yes tried that, no joy.
Is it the "capcha" device which is causing it? i find no problem with the different pictures or the code you have to enter but the sliding puzzle piece gets me every time. I do not know whether i should be doing it slowly and carefully or as quick as i can?
If that comes up now i just hit the x in the top right hand corner and try again later rather than risk being locked out for some time.
Wont even let me get to a "capcha" device.

I have managed to get it back to the double refersh lets me in.

It did clear after an hour or two, and I've not had it since.

It feels like the ticketing system is quite aggressive in trying to catch bots and the like, and that triggers false positives.

That might well be it, have been pruchasing tickets on multiple days, for multiple tiers so could be as you say where I've been chaking avalibilty etc.

There are various possible explanations for this:
  • You are browsing and clicking at a speed much faster than expected of a human being.
  • Something is preventing JavaScript from working on your computer.
  • There is a robot on the same network IP as you.

Yep this is exactly what I was/am getting. Wouldn't let me in at all this morning, then after about 10.15am (as @Bozza suggested), or after I'd cleared cookies etc it reverted back to having to refresh the page twice. Very weird, and frustrating.

Quite possibly it's JavaScript being disabled on a work PC ?
