Ahoy.
I look after the billing for the communal electricity in the building where I live.
3 light bulbs on timers typically using less than 20kWh per annum.
We got the lump sum a few years ago applied to that account and that's been eaten up now. I did have a Zero Standing Charge account running before with EON, they don't do that anymore.
I've done some searches but keep finding dead links.
as it stands it looks like our bill is going to be about £205/ year of which £5 is for electricity.
hopefully this makes sense and someone can point me in the right direction.
