It is pure luck if he had taken the £ 100 k out 3rd from end the offer would have been about £ 14 k with the 2 left then, he got £ 25 k but for me £ 62 k guaranteed in a no brainer but also the ego of being the first to get the £ 100 k and the confetti coming down must be a temptation

The £250k jackpot was won a few times on the old Channel 4 version but hyping up the potential first jackpot win on the ITV reboot is to be expected.

Cutting the potential main prize from £250K to just £100K has removed a lot of the jeopardy / excitement now. I'm guessing that ITV doesn't have the same resources as C4. (Or they have spent the £150K on Mulhern's salary.)
Edmonds is a total weirdo for sure but he did present it far better than Mulhern who is basically an irritant. All his "you are playing a great game here" bollocks. No they aren't. They are picking boxes at random. No amount of mascots or lists of numbers are going to have the slightest impact on a random event.
I record it now and fizz it through Mulhern and the adverts. The only enjoyment now is watching the greedy bastards get taken down like Dori and that fella yesterday whose fiancee must have removed his dangly bits after blowing the wedding and a house deposit.
