Does it? Or does it just say, "it's difficult to come in mid season so he needs a clearly defined role"? Which, by the way, is pretty much exactly what Hürzeler says.Fab sounds a bit defensive there! A bit “he works for me” not the other way around.
He was always going to bring in another assistant. From what I read him joining at this point was just more to do with other commitments rather than some sudden need for help that has appeared. Maybe Fab wanted someone with experience alongside him.
