Called for Hughton to go for someone to take the next step and everybody laughed…what happened?

Called for Potter to go when the play became stale and everybody laughed… what happened?

Called for De Zerbi to go when you could see the attitude appearing and everybody laughed… what happened?

I’ll see you all again on here in the near future when everyone starts to see…
I must have missed those three posts. Could you post a link to them please, as a search for that content posted by you returns nothing.

If you’re already worn down by the Albion then you must be very young. Some of us have had a lifetime of its ups and downs and have survived, just as the club has - just.
Yep. I just can't get upset about a few crap results.

Maybe it's an age thing. I'm 66.

There again, I admire the youth and how they embrace their experience and react accordingly.
For some of them it must be how Leeds supporters felt in 66/67. Won f*** all, but glory was just around the corner, so they probably thought.
And it was. For a while.
Maybe, for us too.....

I am inclined to support the team and enjoy the good times.
We have had enough bad times, FFS.
And we have never won anything.
Yet.

We’ll lose to Norwich on penalties having been 2-0 up with 10 to go

You heard it here first
Make it 5 ! Ashley Barnes comes back to haunt us !
I'm p×ssed off with his negativity when we should be see games out, but this is extreme. He needs to learn from it, but it's far too early to be thinking like this.
How many times do you want him to "learn from it" ?

Get rid now Tony. Too inexperienced. Got so lucky in multiple games that we’ve won already this year and is now being found out when the luck runs out. Not ruthless enough, get rid now before the slide gets even worse.
Plum.

A colleague of mine is a Citeh supporter. She has followed them home and away, starting during the Swales era, with her dad.

She has watched them play away at the likes of Port Vale and Gillingham.

And she has seen them become European champions.

A bit of a shit run doesn't even raise an eyebrow.

We Brighton supporters also have a large stoic following.
Albeit we have yet to win anything.

Everything couldn't be completely different.
It is (you can guess the rest).

That's it, really.

Calling for the sacking of a manager and then claiming "you were right all along" when it eventually happens is the football fan equivalent of a psychic rattling through a list of names until someone in the audience goes "Oh yeah Dave...I knew a Dave once".
Predicting the a mananager will either be sacked or poached at some point is also similar to predicting the sun will come up each morning.

Hardly insightful.

It is really testement to how far we have come that someone is calling for the manager to be sacked while we sit in the top half of the toughest league in the world.

Either that or it is testement to what a Plum the OP is 😂

The end of next season? I'd have thought he'd have been hoping for a major push this season
At best. Possibly even the end of the season after.

I’m sure he will be hoping for one this season, as we all are. But when has throwing that kind of money at a football team ever resulted in instant success? I find it really odd that people still expect it to. These people are human beings and it takes time for them to adapt. Chelsea threw a BILLION POUNDS at their squad and it’s taken two seasons for it to start to work. That’s EIGHT TIMES as much as we have, on top of an already far superior squad.

Look at Baleba last year- classic example. Times that by ten, or however many we signed in the Summer. Anyone expecting the finished article this season is completely deluded.

Thank God we have a sensible guy in charge, rather than one of the instant success brigade. Because we’d have been back in the Championship a long time ago with half the people on this Board in charge.
