age, what are you on about, how old is he ?Yeah, let's hope so. I think it's obvious that Fab needs some help. Not surprising he's not getting everything right, given his age and lack of experience.

Does it? Or does it just say, "it's difficult to come in mid season so he needs a clearly defined role"? Which, by the way, is pretty much exactly what Hürzeler says.Fab sounds a bit defensive there! A bit “he works for me” not the other way around.
He was always going to bring in another assistant. From what I read him joining at this point was just more to do with other commitments rather than some sudden need for help that has appeared. Maybe Fab wanted someone with experience alongside him. Or maybe its just the reality that almost every other coach worth appointing would inevitably be older/more experienced than our 31 year old.Senior manager brought in to assist a young inexperienced manager - like El Tel being drafted in to help Robson at Middlesbrough - or succession planning?
He might well be a part of it.Been wondering if Daniel has made a big difference in recent results and our upturn in form or is it 'just' coincidence?
6. Three away games in front of noisy, sold-out allocationsHe might well be a part of it.
For me there are a number of factors contributing to the improvement:
1. Playing Georginio centrally, not trying to squeeze him in at right wing.
2. The emergence of Mintah at right wing along with the return of March and the fast improving Gruda in this position.
3. The ongoing development and experience of Ayari.
4. Having Welbeck back in the team just seems to make other players score.
5. Baleba is slowly becoming more consistent. He can easily be MotM but was putting out too many poor performances. These are fast reducing with age and experience.
It’s number 4, basically. He might well be a part of it.

Not mutually exclusive.I'd love to think this guy has made a difference, but our upturn in form may be down to the simple fact that Joel and Danny are back in the team.
He'll be very difficult to replaceAnd just to extend on this.
There was a time, very recently, where it felt like the number one medium term concern was replacing Dunk.
I would say that’s now undoubtedly shifted to replacing Welbeck.
Playing with him and without him is night and day. He’s so fundamental to the way our forwards play and raises the performances of our younger players exponentially. I hope, behind the scenes, we are absolutely focusssing on the data to find a younger version who can come in and replace the big man when that time comes. There is simply nobody at the club remotely close to him in terms of profile.
