Sussex, by the sea
January has arrived early . . . . Lets hope we snap into spring before Christmas

My concern is the predictability . . . .

Lacking intensity and players with hands up not seemingly knowing what to do….
Not pressed high enough
Not good enough

Deepest, darkest Sussex
Giving £200 mil to this guy is tragic! Imagine what RDZ would have done with that sort of money!
Signed Mason Greenwood given half a chance

No thanks.

When was the last time we won a weekday game in the league!? Feels a very familiar feeling of frustration right now on a midweek evening

The scapegoating of individual players is embarrassing.

Our NSC fanbase is pretty embarrassing to be honest.

I'm pretty sure these entitled folk think we should be smashing everyone every week, for some bizarre, deluded and completely unknown reason.

This is a great squad, great season... and contrary to the beliefs of many on here, this young squad ain't gonna win every game.

Decent performance today. Unlucky BHA. Onwards and upwards :clap2:

No I’m not attacking them for tonight if you read my post - I’m saying they’re generally not good enough for us and we made a mistake not strengthening in the RB and CB positions and bringing on Ferguson for Joao Pedro is an absolute waste of time as he’s a bit shit TBH and a massive, massive downgrade on Joao Pedro.

But actually, Adingra has been total dog shit tonight to.
I read your post.

Let’s be blunt though, our best CB was played out of position and rinsed all night. Our captain kept up his poor form this season. Our marauding LB, playing out of position, seemed unable to find a Brighton player for most of the game. Our apparently magical LW had yet another game where he flattered to deceive, missing another good chance. Our two big money summer signings look all at sea, with one scoring Fulham’s second and the other continuing his awful form since the summer. And our young GK, who’s clearly excellent, gave them their first goal…

The only real positives were Baleba’s goal (not his performance - he spent the whole game trying to carry Weiffer and O’Reily), Igor at CB, and JP up front.

But most of our starters were really poor… yet you’ve gone after the players who’ve barely played, both of which had long term injury and health problems last year, but both of which have proven their ability when given regular game time…

Saying that, I do agree with you about our summer signings. I was told I was an idiot for saying we’d not really improved the weak areas of our first 11 despite spending £200m, and I stand by that. It blows my mind, to be honest.

Bad all round.

Moment of naivety from Bart and Adingra was never going to work with 3 at the back. Lamptey coming on was the nail in the coffin.

Dunk and JPVH had poor games but can’t blame them, all on the manager for playing the back 3. Don’t care who the CB pairing is, need to be back to 4 at the back for Sunday.
