The band Massive Wagons are big supporters of mental health, especially for men.

On their current tour, they have linked up with https://andysmanclub.co.uk/ who have meetings around the country encouraging men to talk to each other. The local one is in Littlehampton.

Behind My Eyes
Cant put my finger on it specifically, but in the main in a dark place at the moment, as always there are positive times, where for a short time the cloud moves away the time of year is especially poignant obviously, lots of memories of good friends and family sadly no longer with us.

Lots of time dwelling and mulling, not helpful, so I try when I can to be proactive.

Talking does help, and Ive had a really positive experience this afternoon catching up with an old mate from Manchester, so anyone is experiencing a similar situation, it may sound trivial but go to your phone contacts and ring someone you haven’t spoken to in some time.

I hope this can help anyone else on here currently not feeling 100%.

Take care everyone ❤️
Thanks for posting that. Your words have helped this morning. It's a bad time of year for me plus I have just had an operation so there's all the depression sh*t that brings.
Take care and best wishes.

Has anyone tried mushroom supplements to aid their mental health? Reishi, Lion's Mane, and Cordyceps are supposedly helpful for anxiety and depression. Just wondering if anyone has any experience of them.
Kava in the news after Chuck tried some on his recent trip to somewhere, calls for it to be legalised in the UK. Legal in 44 US states, with kava bars springing up as an alternative to pubs/bars/alcohol. Also Kratom, illegal in the UK since 2016, both supposed to be good for anxiety and depression, both potentially aggressive on the liver, although this is disputed.
