Winning a cup is the next step in our progression. The club needs silverware - something, anything. We’ve never won anything of note and that’s the next rung on the ladder for us.

I’m really hoping the draw is kind to us.

Forgive me if I'm getting me leagues mixed up, but there may not be a non-league side in the third round if things continue. That's very rare.

Berti23, good luck with that.
They were too strong. Oli Norwood was playing!

2-0 quite early but then they scored an incredible own goal. We then battered them and they were rattled. Should have equalised. They got a late 3rd on the break.

Oli Norwood! Now there’s vanilla. One of the most forgettable Albion players of all time.

That would be lovely. Although tempered by only 3 teams having won the FA Cup this century who would not be deemed as 'Big Six'. The League Cup, where you would think it might happen more, has only had 5, last being 11 years ago. To me, making Europe is a trophy win in itself.

Cambridge (away) would have been my preference but I’ve spent this afternoon at The Abbey with my kids, watching Cambridge go out of the Cup 2-1 AET to Wigan, so that’s not going to happen now ffs.

Harrogate away. Nice trip to one of my favourite towns and a chance to tick off a new ground

But it will be Palace ...
Bloody hope not. Ticked it off a couple of months ago as was near for work. That would be typical…

One of life’s little certainties at the moment, anything you read or hear about Cov is preceded by “Frank Lampard’s”. So tedious isn’t it! I don’t often listen to TalkShite but the other day they were wondering whether he could be next England manager ffs.

(Wimbledon at home would be good)
