So, I recently turned 43 and I've always been quite self conscious in general.

For my birthday present, my 22 year old girlfriend bought me a beanie, saying it made me look young and cool.

So with the weather being how it was, I wore that last night at the game. I felt self conscious and was a bit nervous about it. I felt like I was too old to be wearing such an item and I'd be looked at. I found myself swearing a bit more than normal with all the tension but, after that, I felt really relaxed and soon realised no one would have noticed I was wearing a "young person's hat"

So it's really just a post to say, be confident and nothing bad will come out of it.

Funnily enough when I was 43 I had a 22 year old girl friend.

Spooky.

Good stuff. You didn't happen to see an Albion calendar while you were there did you?
