Overall good, but like jurrasic park, you can't beat the original..
I assume you are a fan of the original Gladiator and will be guided by your succinct comment.Rubbish
Are you not entertained? So you're saying you were entertained?
Absolutely, but then I'm normally the only one that laughs at my jokes. Are you not entertained?
You've assessed it pretty well there, despite not seeing it! Spot on, less would've been more.We recently watched the original with the kids, now they’re a bit older… it’s quite rightly considered a ‘modern’ classic…
We were going to see ‘2’ but after watching the trailers a few times… cgi monkeys and ridiculous baboons… well, we just were a bit meh tbh… by the looks of it… it’s louder, (ahem) LOUDER… it’s bigger, it’s more of everything… yet I suspect all the less for it.
However, each to their own…

Damned with faint praise.Saw today and enjoyed it more than I thought I would.
Save your shekels for Titanic 2 out next year, Kosh. Rose goes on a cruise on Symphony of the Seas out of Scumhampton, they sail east along the English channel to the Strait of Dover, try and fail to spot Sheffield around the coastal bulge of Norfolk and Suffolk and return to Scumhampton for a medium-sized fish supper before disembarking. We recently watched the original with the kids, now they’re a bit older… it’s quite rightly considered a ‘modern’ classic…

It's a 6/10... not as big a production as the first film, felt a bit thin on polish and atmosphere.Overall good, but like jurrasic park, you can't beat the original..
