Classic German anti-cold-war synth-pop 99 Red Balloons:

Super Fabi Hürzeler
Came to Sussex by the Sea
Super Fabi Hürzeler
Younger than the Premier League
Super Fabi Hürzeler
Der-der-der-der, der-der-der... (etc...)

Extra verses:
Super Fabi Hürzeler
Now it's always squeaky bum time
Super Fabi Hürzeler
'Cos we're playing such a high line

Super Fabi Hürzeler
Stick with him, we can't go wrong
Super Fabi Hürzeler
Ten years younger than this song

(*yes of course I'm being silly - it's Sunday)

To the tune of ‘Rock the Casbah’

The palace they don’t like it…
Fab Hürzeler, Fab Hürzeler

On repeat….

I can't stop, so apologies...

Huerzeler, whoever you may be;
You flew in from St. Pauli.
With ruthless German efficiency,
He'll get Brighton in the Champions League.

Don't know if this is too obscure, but what about 'So long, Marianne' by Leonard Cohen for the tune, with Fabian in place of Marianne? I'm shite with lyrics but a start could be: "He's so good, Fabian..."
lol! I love the idea of a Leonard Cohen tune being heartily sung by a football crowd. Superb original song but might be a step too far some of our fine young fans. Mind you, ‘So long Fabian’ might be just the thing for the FH-out idiots.

As he loves a draw, maybe the theme from Tony Hart's gallery? (one for the kids)

Dead easy and guaranteed singalong:

I would walk 500 miles
And I would walk 500 more
Just to be the fan who walked a thousand miles
To see the Albion score

Fab Hürzeler
(Our German)
Fab Hürzeler
(Our German)

and then that bit with all the la's

And yes, it does scan as most people say Alb-yon and Hurtz-ler anyway.
