Interested to know what others think. For me, he looks like a serious upgrade (again!)

He is cerebral, like Potter, but seems to be a much faster learner than GP and with more passion.

His attacking style seems to be closer to RDZ, though with a much greater capacity to adapt depending on circumstances.

Above all, I can't believe he can do all this at his age. And he seems to have the respect of all the players, something not to be underestimated.

My only worry is that he'll get poached sooner rather than later.

The real deal. Incredibly intelligent, open and honest, obviously gifted, visibly learning from game to game … fast.

Love the way, even post match today, that he referenced the disastrous ends to a recent home game or two. Not hiding that from us, revealing the hurt, but meant in a positive way that the young team learnt from it. I prefer managers/coaches who are open books.

Hope he stays for a few seasons. TB is certainly delivering the tools.

He has the best ever Albion squad to work with.

And he's doing just fine.

The Chelsea game was key for me. That high line was suicide. We'd been done against Forest as well. I half expected that to be the norm.

RDZ was great while it lasted but he didn't really adapt. It was his way or f*** off. Yeah we tightened up a bit at home to Villa and Forest but it was De Zerbi ball or out.

Today, we were the best of Potter, RDZ and er Sam Allardyche when we went to 10. Bravo. That is the way to win games.

He could be the real deal.

"Sorry to say but it’s alarming how poorly coached we look:

Defensively we are all over the place. Runners in behind over and over again.

The press is muddled and ineffective

Players don’t seem to know what they are doing when they get the ball, too many touches too few options.

The new manager has had a whole preseason with them and we look shambolic"

That was a good thread from October 6th .

Then FH adapted, again and again.

No more 90 minutes of 10 Albion players being literally in opposition half negating the offside rule, no more just slower players covering counter attacking runners.
