I've had a domain registered with 123-reg for many years but they've gone a bit "money-grabbing" (started charging for things that used to be included) and I'm looking to move to somewhere cheaper.
I need:
Email address forwarding for about 10 email accounts so I can forward xxx@mydomain.co.uk to zzz@gmail.com
Catchall email address forwarding
Web forwarding (if a small amount of web space is included that's good but I have a sdf.org account that I currently use).

Been using these guys for 20 years now. Very reliable and cheap. Support is very good as well.

I also can't fault GoDaddy either to be honest.

Hostinger.com is fantastic
Yes THIS; i had Vidahost, taken over by Hostroute taken over by TSO host, and now swallowed up by 123reg who mad a complete hash of their take over and left loads of us off line and no reply to contact page etc - Was recomended Hostinger and theyve been great - superfast and helpful replies to 'chat' and 'email' requests.
