It’s happened twice in the last 15 mins. IPad, Safari, IOS18.

Happened to me but I thought it was my fat fingers 
Pretty annoying now……happening about one click in 3 or 4, random ads opening from random threads. Always opens a new page in Safari
It's the same ad thing in the other thread.
As I posted there, I'd turned it back on again to allow the vendor to test what was happening.
I've turned it off for Patrons now. It was never going to be "on" for Patrons, but it allowed wider testing.

It’s practically unusable at the moment.
Can you please turn on screen recording on your ipad and navigate around until it happens again so you capture it. Stop recording and then send it to me at bozza@northstandchat.com
As soon as I have a capture of it, I'll turn it off.
It's not happening for me at all so I haven't been able to capture it yet.

Err, how do I do that?
I've switched to the pc now, on Edge which seems to be ok.
Swipe down from top right corner to access controls.
One of them is a double circle.
Tap that and it will start a screen recording.

It has stopped today. It was different from the first episode (which was sound only). This time it was a redirection to a new page (Amazon opening up).
