That's ridiculous!
Although to get to 11th. would take a fairly major bad day to turn round the goal difference between us and Brentford - and Spurs would have to win away at Man. City too.
Win though and we're guaranteed fifth!

Still, after all the thrills of the internationals, it's good that another Premier League break has come round again!

There's a cracker of a game in the midlands on Saturday afternoon.

Yes, Villa are playing football in Europe this season, but what a test for them up against one of next season's European powerhouses. The best news for us is that our GD will end up much better over Villa after the humiliation they are going to get handed to them. Palace done them 5-0 last time out in the league and them smashed them with a weakened team in the cup more recently.

Whilst a free hit for Villa, their fans will hope for nothing worse than a 4-0 but deep down, they know that is unlikely.

Villa are actually on a pretty crap run of form themselves, despite having similar European ambitions as Palace, so a home win feels like far from a foregone conclusion.

Annoyingly, Palace are the only one of the bottom four I could see getting something this weekend.
