The Sunday headliner closing act has to be The Cure, surely ?
That is the absolute height of pedantry.Corrected for you
A strange interpretation. I thought it was fairly obvious that he was suggesting that he was trying to get tickets on several separate devices to maximise his chances. That is the absolute height of pedantry.
I paid a lot more to see Southgate f*** a Euro Final up (twice)At £373 a ticket plus booking fee I imagine you're out regardless chap
Then say so!A strange interpretation. I thought it was fairly obvious that he was suggesting that he was trying to get tickets on several separate devices to maximise his chances.
That would be an incredible technical achievement.Anyone else think they want the same crowd every year? Friends of mine keep getting tickets.
Had super fast fibre broadband put in a couple of weeks ago and didn’t make one bit of a difference.
2.5 green bars. Shitbin.
It would, but I do think there is an element of them wanting a certain crowd etc haha maybe it's just me.That would be an incredible technical achievement.

Many folk are just really well organised. It would, but I do think there is an element of them wanting a certain crowd etc haha maybe it's just me.
Well it didn’t give me a random queue number quick enough then.Applicants were given a random queue number at 9am. Nothing to do with internet speed.
I had nine screens/devices armed. My son's crappy tablet 'won'.
A mate of mine was in a group of 33 all trying, all organised, and only one got in to get 6 tickets.
I look forward to seeing the socials of hundreds of 'celebrities' and hangers on next year who managed to find a way in, though.
As far as I know (this might have changed in the 10 years since I last went) there is a full range of camping options but you need to already have a ticket...this ticket can be a regular 'public' ticket or one of the various guest/industry/partner hospitality tickets which are also available. At full tilt, I think there are around 230,000 people on site which is mix of workers, public tickets and indsutry/hospitalty. Celebs and hangers on will almost certainly have a ticket via an industry contact or connection. If you remember Dick Knight went many years ago on Fatboys list. I used to get my tickets from a music publisher.....this company was allocated a number of tickets depending on how many of their acts were performing....their acts in turn would have their own ticket allocation. I do not know how many public tickets were sold yesterday, but say it was 120k, given there will be 230k on site you can begin to get an idea of how many thousands of guest/industry/partner/hosp tickets there are floating around. If you look at the site map of Glastonbury you can also get an idea as there are non-public areas sets aside for guests/industry etc ...the obvious one is the inter-stage areaDon’t they pay far more for the expensive glamping packages, or even more expensive packages with a stage presence?
Then with the Eavis’s pretend it’s a level playing field social utopia.
