Friday 1st November 14st 0.2lb
Friday 8th November 13st 11.6lb (-2.6lb)
Friday 15th November 13st 11.3lb (-0.3lb)

Amusingly, I did weigh myself yesterday morning, just to see what progress I'd made, and I was 13st 10lb exactly. which would have made for a 1.6lb loss week.

I know I didn't consume a shit load of extra calories yesterday, so I'll put today down as just being one of those random "heavy" days which, unfortunately, just happened to coincide with when I officially weighed myself.

Largely, it's been a disciplined week - no late-evening snacking and no drinking. The one exception was when I got home from the Man City game where I did properly enjoy myself, but one night a week is a vast improvement on how I'd generally been living of late.

Amazing to see so many people well on the way to smashing the 7lbs (I appreciate that's not the only goal of this exercise and that the first week often sees a greater weight loss than subsequent weeks).

November 1st - 14st 8lb
November 8th - 14st 5lb
November 15th 14st 4lb

It's almost like I was talking to myself in the quoted post! Been on a few events where I've succumbed to bad food and I was half expecting to stay the same.

We go again!

4.7 lbs down, probably should be more but i'm very good at coming up with excuses :p but I have more days losing than putting on which is positive

I'm up by 1/2 pound after a drop last week. I've been doing things carefully this week- so very disappointing - but the fight goes on,

Are you exercising a fair bit? I find the body can go into a metabolism shutdown, preserving what it has, if you just cut out the unhealthy intake and take it easy.

1st - 118.5 kg
8th - 115 kg
15th - 113.2 kg

Still going down but rate slowing. 1.8kg (4 lb) this week.

Impressive (imagine I'd been bothered to insert a picture of Vader)

I accept full responsibility for declaring Thursday as the 15th :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:. In my defence, the Albion were partly to blame, due to severe lack of sleep between being at the Amex on Saturday and arriving home here on Monday afternoon. Once home I opened a bottle of wine and commenced writing my weekly menu...with dates. Lack of sleep and alcohol...not a good combination ! Unfortunately, I skipped a day somehow and still didn't twig despite Bob pointing it out to me yesterday. I was utterly convinced Thursday was weigh-day.....apologies to Bob.

Thanks and yes mate. Swimming twice (40 mins per session) this week, walking (10k steps pretty much every day) and also no late night snacking.
I'll keep going - not least because some of the stories here keep me going. In the past - it would have been enough to jack it in, but
this time's different.

01/11 - 13st 4
08/11 - 13st 2.5
15/11 - 13st 2.5

No loss but at least no gain. All to do now to make the seven pound loss for the month though.

Annoyingly, I know exactly where it went wrong. When O'Riley scored that winner on Saturday. Home at 1am via a kebab. Hoping the international break can help get me back on track
