[Albion] Uni v Bridge parking - Saints game

So in the learned opinion of NSC, which is better for getting into or out of? Also, any tips for the Uni (where not to park etc) as I've not used that one before.

It’s a shambles, stewards seem to change tactics every match, can’t really recommend any car perk over another, although we tend to avoid the big one at the top if the smaller one is full we go all the way round to the multi story at the back.
Getting out is a lottery depending on what the stewards fancy doing on any given day, there is no apparent plan or system.

Because of our time of arrival - generally c1 hour before kick-off, we are always directed to the big car park at the top of the site. In there, we head to the very furthest corner from the side we enter, as that seems to give the best chance of a relatively less-slow exit.

I think the top car park is the only one for non 1901/disabled now no matter when you get there.

My tip is get there early, park as close to the top as you can, leave a couple of minutes before the end, walk briskly and you are straight out. I walk via the underpass and through the uni.

In that context, with the Bridge you are pretty much guaranteed sitting still for 30 to 45 mins feeling like there is no hope in sight. With the Uni if you park in the area that Bozza mentioned above, you are at least generally moving in the right direction, albeit slowly, so you feel like you're making progress to the exit. I would say probably on average I am out of the Uni car park within 20 to 30 mins of getting in the car.

Yep - agree with @Greavsey above - we never leave early, clap the players off and then head back over the bridge, under the underpass and up to the car park.

As he says - it generally feels as though you are moving, in stark contrast to The Bridge, which frustrates the hell out of me.

The Bridge is so bad that we've recently made a pact that if we are losing badly with five to go, we'll make a dash for it, and I'm not one to leave before the end of a game ordinarily.
