Please share your recent little wins - in need of a little positivity this Tuesday

I got 10% off a digital radio (a gift for someone who wanted one) in Robert Dyas because a small corner of the outer box was ripped, they offered this.
I got a free pastry gifted by the cashier in Waitrose, because I had to wait a little while in the queue.


Small, feel good gestures and personal service like this, go a long way and are the reason I’m keen to continue supporting the high street. Definitely put a little spring in my step

I found a calendar in the north stand on Saturday and it saves me buying anything for the wife this year now for Christmas.

Double result.

Went to Plumpton races last week and bought a Piglets Sausage roll (only £5 there). Checked my phone a bit later to see that the payment had not gone through (one of those periodic times when your PIN is required) but the server hadn't noticed and neither did I so free food.

Got the scorer predictor correct

Left the coach park as part of the first line of coaches for once, home 10 mins earlier

Registered my best round of golf ever (+14) on Sunday
