The, 'Tony Bloom's Blue and White Army' rendition tonight was a thing of joy to be a part of.
I'd imagine it comes across as quite oppressive to the traveling fans when it goes on for so long, with so many taking part.
They can’t hear it. I’m a block and a half past halfway, towards the South. I didn’t hear TB's blue and white army at all. Apart from Albion, Albion the first thing I noticed from the north was You’re not singing anymore, after Pedro's goal. We only ever hear loud Brighton singing when it catches on across across the East. This isn’t a criticism of the North, just the acoustics in the stadium I guess. From where I am the away fans are always much louder.

That song went on loudly for 10 mins - are you west lower or upper?

Today in that second half it felt like the crowd and the team were in sync. I was convinced the lengthy stoppage for the linesman's mike would kill our momentum but we picked up from where we left off. Bringing on Baleba at h/t lifted everyone, while JP and MOR coming on just ramped it up even more. The ref too was stirring things up. A combination of one-off factors that contributed to a cracking atmosphere.

It was not deafening. The first half was pathetic. Says a lot about how quiet PL crowds have got if that was deemed loud. The first half atmosphere was on a par with the Last Post ffs
Blimey why so miserable after such an incredible night? You said it was shit til we scored in the 78th minute to begin with, which is rubbish as the whole second half was excellent.

As I mentioned earlier in the thread, until the 38th or so minute we'd had very little possession, no shots, xg 0.00. Pretty understandable that it went pretty quiet after a lively first 15 or so minutes.

Think you need to get your hearing checked! That's rubbish, surely. We can hear the away fans singing from the other end of the stadium in the North - even when not all of them (city fans were good first half - silent second!). Surely that means they can hear us too - it was bloody loud most of the second half
