Three years ago, a finance company launched, with great fanfare, in the UK. Within a couple of days, they withdrew and considered their position.

I can't think why Nonce Finance wasn't a big hit over here.

It's a source of great confusion/amusement in Crypto discussions with non-UK people, as the word Nonce is a technical term meaning "number used once".
