Peregrine Falcon. Like greased weasel shit.

Iberian Lynx. Just beautiful.

Jumping spider. The same one used to come and sit with me at lunch every day, just tilting it's head while staring at me like a curious puppy. Very curious and clever.

Red Pandas, the stupid bastards.

Big fan of a cockatoo (say it fast and it sounds funny).

Impossible to enjoy life without animals , i rescued a duckling from some goslings in 96` she had a broken toe and wing , we kept her as the family pet until she passed at 7 years old - never felt sadness like it in my life . So we got another little girl in similar circumstances , but she had a heart defect , fabulous vet tried her on Digitoxin and she lived for 3.5 years instead of the originally diagnosed 6 months . Then because i was besotted with these incredibly friendly and intelligent creatures we got our last little girl , i will have lost her 3 years ago on the 14th , and she lived for 14.5 years , and she was as good a friend as any dog we ever had when i was a kid , and more reliable than most people i have ever met .

Great thread and i hope i haven`t put a downer on it , but i feel proud to have learnt so much from these wonderful little critters , that a lot of people only think of as a main course .
