Not a fan of Marco Silva. Find him petulant and was nice to see Fulham having to chase a game for once rather than just the dark arts. Good way to win a game though and deserved. Brentford could have won it a minute earlier. Did spot a Brentford defender just hoof the ball under no pressure. Team mates bewildered. 20 seconds later, they've lost the game.

Thank you. Very hoarse and lucky I started deep breathing on 90 minutes in anticipation of a loss. The substitutions made such a difference and it was so pleasing that it was a couple of our old Championship side who helped make the difference.

Unlike the Amex, was the Cottage completely full at the equaliser?

On one hand I was pleased that Brentford got nothing out of that match, I’m becoming sick of EPL teams playing like they are a L2 side in the FA Cup away to an EPL side. WTF were Brentford thinking? They were away to Fulham not Man City.

On the other hand it’s Fulham who will 100% do that themselves within the next 4 games, probably against us……..

As far as I could see yes. But we had dominated so much that there was a realistic chance of getting something. Also, getting a train isn't so much of an issue.

It’s interesting when you can just feel that.

In the Albion’s last gasp win over Manure in August we had them on a string last half hour, there was only going to be one winner, in added time scoring a winner felt very doable.

Weird sort of game. I get that Fulham dominated possession, but for all that, I really didn't think they looked particularly good. It was like watching early Potter era Albion: keep the ball, pass it endlessly around the box and shoot on sight rather than actually creating any good opportunities.

Brentford are pretty limited and defend deep, which means you need a bit of brains and skill to unpick the lock. For 91 minutes, Fulham had no idea how to do that, and then they got lucky with a mishit finish and a winning goal that came off the bloke's shoulder. I'm not saying they didn't deserve the points, but they were hardly as brilliant as a couple of the Sky pundits seemed to be implying.

Part of what you say is true - it looked like we had run out of ideas to get past 2 ranks of 5 plus the keeper. I said to the bloke next to me it was like watching Parkerball. The subs made the difference - in his post-match interview, Wilson said that he'd been told to get behind the defence - where he normally doesn't play and that disrupted things. He meant to get a heel and head on both the crosses so I'll give him the credit. Traore also made a difference- no defence likes being run at them, even if he managed to out-trick himself a couple of times.

Semenyo, Kluivert, and Christie are all one booking away from a suspension after yesterday’s game. Is it too much to ask that Anthony Taylor officiate Brentford Bournemouth next weekend?
Christie will miss our match against Bournemouth. I’ll take 1/3
