The first blu-ray I've bought in yonks, but it was floating about for £4.99 so I had a bollocks moment. Not watched it yet, but I am a maHOOsive QT fan, so looking forward to sticking it on soon when the doris is out (she hates his films, except for Django, which she frigging loves).

The new Cure album... on white vinyl (not opened yet) and CD Deluxe version. Deluxe CD has the normal cd album, an instrumental verson of the album and a bluray Dolby Atmos version which is stunningly good.

Fallout 4 for XBox One, for £3.39 from Music Magpie, on 13 October 2018.

I haven't owned an XBox with a disc drive since 2022 and that was the last drive in the house.

A couple of tracks on Vinyl that I think only @Gabbafella on here would have heard of, but I think he went to a rave last night & if he 'danced' probably won't be able to walk yet. :lolol:

Also purchased a 2nd hand audio cassette player & a VHS player, in my day they were known as a tape player & a video player. Both purchased for Jnr & I have already had to show him what a biro is for & how to extract tapes just before they get completely chewed up! They are 30 year old tapes & it's just a case of press play & record it, or digitise it if we're being modern! That just means headphone socket to USB cable & Audacity on his laptop & an upload to YouTube if it's anything exciting! I expect cutting & splicing tapes will be the next thing I show him if he doesn't press stop fast enough. 😁

I did nearly watch Chicken Run the other day as that was the first video I came across to test the video player. Jnr just said to watch it later on Netflix or Prime, I thought that was slightly ironic! 🤔
The rave was unreal, everyone there made the atmosphere feel like a proper oldschool event. Every set was brilliant, my brother even managed to do Producer and Scorpio back to back with me which I'm really impressed with as he hates the harder Dutch stuff.
Aching a bit today but they've already announced one for November next year which I will definitely be attending. Can't wait.

Withnail and I on Blu ray. Not bought any physical media for years, but it's my favourite film to watch over Christmas (I know, not a classic festive movie...) and it doesn't appear to be included on any of the streaming subscriptions I have. Great movie.
