Anyone else looked at this?

I have read that if you wake up after a dream, writing down even basic details immediately helps train the mind to remember in future. This certainly has worked for me over the last couple of weeks. Lucid dreaming has eluded me, with one exception.

Any tips?

Possibly a little known fact, but in VS Thomas Cruise walks down a street that is staged like an exact replica of a Bob Dylan album cover, can't remember the album.

I have experienced going to places that I’m certain I have dreamt about. That’s always a weird feeling.

Also dreamt about people then woke up next day realising that I really fancy them. That’s a classic though, right??
