As in the title, and when you look at it a sausage looks and sounds revolting. Yet so many Indie butchers make there own. Love them or hate but give me an Indie butcher every time. For us Cumberland and Sage. What's your choice ?

Get mine from Ovetts in the open market. They do an Old English and they are delicious.
