Doesn't look particularly like any incarnation of Churchill Square, past or present. Tho the little kid with the shopping trolley in the photo may make it seem more plausible

Reminds me of a very old Churchill Square I think. Otherwise, Sussex Uni? Don't know about the kid or the shopping trolley. Maybe an under-developed student who has nicked one.
