Yep - count me in. Lost over a stone in the past two months - I need to lose another stone so half a stone isn’t too much but I seem to have plateaued in the past few weeks so the extra incentive will be great.

Today = 107.8 (and it is not muscle) - but after a rather large pasta dish….and stress snacking while watching football …

( have you noticed all the excuses piling in already, before we’ve even started)
Blimey this is very similar to me.

Was 111.6 about 3 months ago. Got down to 105.5 but now plateaued over the last month and currently at 106.

Let’s do it. I wanted to get under 100 on the scales at some point before 2024 ends.

I'm going to a rave next weekend so I'm going to weigh myself before and after just out of curiosity.
12 hours of dancing should at least make a dent in my fat belly

It may well do, but I'd suggest weighing for a few days before and a few days after, because if you just do before and after you'll get a reading of water loss.

Units not mentioned in his post  . Could be 106lbs.
Ha ha

- but he was quoting me and saying he weighed very similar and I posted my weight as 107.6 kg so clearly we were talking Kgs 🙂

(did I tell you I was autistic 😂)

Confused by this.
You're measuring your weight loss in stones, but measuring your weight in kilos, yes?

Count me in
7lb would get me to where I want to be as I’ve already lost a stone
60th birthday on 4th and booked to go out on 3rd but defo will join in
I won’t do daily weigh ins as it’s always been a bit soul destroying for me so I will probably be a weekly if that’s ok

I've done that before and after a long run and lost loads of pounds. Then as you take on fluids or a bit of food, it all comes back!

Bread is my weakness - as well as all the stuff I put on or in it - so I've just contemplated giving that up for November. That and just generally eating less shit food - especially late at night - should help!

Bread is one of my biggies. Amazing bakery in the town and I can't resist. Slathered in home made peanut butter (justified because of the protein).

Bread, and buns, and sweets of course.
