- we have taken seven points from 9 which after the Chelsea performance/result seemed unlikely.
- Welbeck was fit and scoring despite our worst fears last week
- Rutter goes from strength to strength and his relationship with Welbeck grows every week
- JPVH back
- a key one, a goal from Ferguson, will do him the world of good and means we can rest Welbeck with more confidence
- Options off the bench getting better and better.
- another point in the bag and still 5th as it stands.

Thats all I can manage….

I went to buy beers at 40 minutes, and we left early at 85 minutes.

So as far as I'm, concerned, this was a tight-fought 0-0 tussle.

Yet it's the manner of our failings that piss me off - big style.
Few teams would throw away a comfortable 2 goal lead, yet we did.
See the positives if you like, but was a shit waste of 2 points.

I think Fab and his staff may reflect that substituting 50% of your outfield players what you gain in fresh legs you lose in game management.

I watched the whole thing whilst sitting in my daughter's lounge in Swindon having committed to spending the weekend house/dog sitting and am now feeling strangely serene about the whole thing. I suspect this would not be the case had I been in my normal seat ???

It's a really tough position for Fab.

The squad is exceptional.
Even with 7 or 8 injuries, it's tough keeping everyone happy.
