…Juventus, Inter, AC Milan, Napoli, Villa, Borussia Dortmund and is the 11th most valuable in the world per the highly respected CIES Laboratories in Switzerland?

If you have a hat, DOFF it to TB, PBOBE and the rest of the grande fromages at the Albion.

I note you chose not to show the full list. Presumably to save the face of CPFC2010 who i'll guess are currently nestled between Trabzonspor and Ross County

Do they go down far enough to register Palace's value??
The last on the list shown, is valued at €530.

WORLD CLASS defender Marc Geuhi, and GENERATIONAL TALENT Adam Wharton alone, are worth close to that. Some mistake here, obviously.

I'd like to see the average age of the squads. I feel part of the value of some of the players being so high is because we have some really young players.

Interesting that Leverkuesen have so few squad players at such a high average value.
Imagine that Wirtz, Frimpong and Boniface make up at least a quarter of that on their own. All under 23, all look like they'll probably spend the majority of their careers chasing Champions League trophies. Damn UEFA and their flimsy transfer rules.

But comparing starting lineup costs, as I did in the other thread, it's of course bollocks...
Yep but I think this proves we have a ridiculously strong bench now, possibly top 6 quality. For example with a fully fit squad I think our bench is better than Newcastles.

Number of players they've included for each club is a bit unclear to me.

Ofc can't comment on other clubs I don't know good enough but we have 23 registered first team players (according to La Liga rules can only register numbers 1-25 for first team), three Barca Atletic players who have played minutes for the first team and four players out on loan. Then there were additional 5-6 players who were called up to fill the first team bench when we had injuries but didn't play. So probably closer to 35 than 40 players.

But shouldn't then they also include all of Barca Atletic (B team) players under contract (by my count 24 players) who also have some market value? So overall number should be closer to 50 players in that case including loanees.

And for PL clubs they've also not included all of the players in U21 or U18 teams but maybe some of them? So what is the exact criteria? Would be useful if we could get a full list of players whose values they've calculated/used but I could only found the highest valued player by each team.

Not that it's really important, I'm just nitpicky.

Shit - I don't like the feel of this at all. My club, chronically underperforming. Doesn't feel right - with these players we should be qualifying for the CL ever year and winning trophies.

Barber out.

How do you view Barca's current position and future trajectory. I'm sure you'll mention the differences between PL and Liga spending and regulations but from the little I know your academy is filling the transfer downturn.
Also why are you so regularly linked with players that are due to be sold at extremely high prices? Is that lazy clickbait that's operating on your past and reputation rather than recent transfer activity?
