Decent fans. Can’t believe we sung that given the state of the East Stand on 82 mins 😂

Yep, and I get that people have places to be but it still frustrates the shit out of me

Agree with you completely fwiw but barely anyone leaves early at Newcastle - there were probably 4k empty seats when Alexis scored late against United under RDZ. Glass houses etc

Indeed. I know the topic has been done to death on here but it still leaves me scratching my head. Two seats along from my WSU perch is a bloke in his 40's with a son who looks about 14. Whatever the game situation and whatever the kick off time they leave with about 10 mins left. Each to his own

How soon is now?

We have exactly this in the EL where we are. The kid looks so cheesed off when they squeeze past apologising at every home game. I wonder how many late goals, excitement and celebrations that kid has missed out on over the years… But yes, each to their own

Have you been to the Amex?
To be fair to us, it's a pretty significantly different scenario getting away from the Amex compared to smack bang in the centre of the city St James'. There's a reason lots with kids in the east lower especially leave early at the Amex - just always a shame its the stand opposite the cameras

Maybe he only sees his son on a Saturday and has to get his son back at a certain time?
None of us know other people’s circumstances.

I did very clearly say the debate has been done to death so please let's not go there. However, just to clarify it's the same exit, whatever kick off time and whatever day.
