Does the Fourth Amendment mean nothing to these people? It clearly says it's not a bag of drugs! How is this not an unreasonable search?

Saw that story the other day and it reminded me of a time I borrowed a flatmate's laptop. On the desktop there was a folder titled "Do Not Open". It was definitely not a batch of big-boobed threesomes.
